Complaint Details

District, area, TASMAC shop number, product category, MRP, amount paid, incident date, and description you provide when submitting a complaint.

Evidence Files

Photos, screenshots, audio, or video files you upload to support your complaint. These are stored securely and linked to your complaint record.

Contact Info (Optional)

Your name and mobile number if you choose to provide them. Anonymous reports are fully accepted without any personal details.

Tracking Number

A unique tracking number is assigned to each complaint so you can reference your report later.

What We Do Not Collect

No IP Address Logging

We do not log or store your IP address or any network information.

No Account Required

You do not need to create an account or log in. No username, password, or profile data is stored.

No Device Fingerprinting

We do not track your device, browser type, or any fingerprinting data.

Data Storage

All complaint records are stored in a secure database. Evidence files are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

Data Sharing

Complaint summaries are visible publicly as aggregated district and shop records. Personal details such as name and mobile number are never shared publicly.
