TASMAC Scam Watch

Terms of Use

Use This Platform Responsibly

By submitting a complaint on TASMAC Scam Watch, you agree to these terms. This platform exists to create an accountable public record of overcharging complaints.

Submit Accurate Reports

Submit only reports based on your actual experience. False or misleading complaints undermine public trust and waste investigation resources.

Evidence Strengthens Reports

Photos of bottle MRP, payment screenshots, and shop photos improve the credibility of your complaint and help identify genuine violations.

Report Shops, Not Individuals

Complaints are recorded against shop numbers, not individual staff names. Avoid identifying specific employees in public complaint text.

Report Removal Requests

If a complaint about your shop was submitted in error or contains inaccurate information, contact us with your shop number and tracking ID for review.

Not an Official Government Channel

This is an independent citizen platform. Reports here do not constitute official legal complaints. For official action, contact TASMAC vigilance or DVAC.

Terms May Change

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
